Nic starts his real estate career as a property agent in Singapore back in 1995 focusing in private residential secondary market. He set up a sale office in the year 1998 and starts recruiting and mentoring new property agents. During the three years, he recruited and trained over 120 new property agents in Singapore.
Over the years, Nic continue to upgrade his professional knowledge and extended his professional service to commercial and industrial properties to better serve his clients’ needs.
In year 2001, Nic was awarded his real estate agency license by the authority and starts his estate agency business. He then leads his team to join Century 21, the world largest real estate organisation, as a franchisee.
As a principle broker of CENTURY 21 EMAX Real Estate Consultants LLP, Nic runs and oversees the office at Singapore. He has over 20 years of experience within commercial and residential property investment planning, managing buy to let property, expat home finding and business space finding
