Website Usage Terms And Conditions

The following Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of http://www.rentrent.com.sg and/or such other URLs as may be designated (“Website”). The Website is owned and maintained by EMAX Real Estate Consultants LLP – CEA Lic .No. L3009828I (“EMAX”). It is vitally important that you read the Agreement carefully as your use of the Website will constitute your agreement to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.

The Agreement also governs your use the information, data, text, images, links, sounds, graphics and video sequences displayed herein (“Materials”). Each time you use the Website, you acknowledge that you have read the Agreement and agree to be legally bound by it.

BY CONTINUING TO USE THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL REVISIONS THEREOF.

GOVERNING LAW
